Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Material Handler - 1st Shift EP1 PDCA.


The hourly rate for this position is $16.22 per hour. The core hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:15 am to 5:00 pm.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The material handler-kitter will be responsible for handling and moving materials in a warehouse or production environment.

Essential Functions and Critical Outputs:

Process material for kitting orders on time delivery. Complete inventory transactions for inventory accuracy. Comply with all safety company regulations and the use of PPE in the area. Exhibit a strong adherence to quality when provide material. Safely operate warehouse equipment. All other activities assigned

Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from geographical area limitation. 1 year of prior manufacturing experience or related field. Must be legally authorized to work within the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. Basic computer skills and use of software application(s) is required. Available to work overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have good verbal and written communication skills. 1+ year of experience in warehouse setting.

Position Criteria:

Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive, and analytical problem-solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within a team environment. Able to lift/carry/push/ pull 25lbs with or without accommodation.
