Job Description

We are looking to fill full and part-time positions (in office) within our growing company. Our Estimators are responsible for reviewing blueprints and construction documents for computer entry; creating material lists/takeoffs, study construction plans, specifications, and related documents; and verify entered data through quality inspection.

A background in the building construction industry is preferred, but not necessary. Must be able to learn the building process from start to finish, and develop a working knowledge of how materials fit together to form the finished product. On-site training is available.

Wage based on experience.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate required Keen analytical skills and attention to detail Construction framing knowledge Architectural and structural plan comprehension Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience in a similar position very advantageous
