Job Description

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in electronics or medical devices manufacturing. Solid knowledge of Production Control and Inventory Management. Experience with MRP systems, purchasing, materials planning, inventory control, and cost control. Financial metrics knowledge. Knowledge of logistics, carriage, and transportation systems. Familiarity with quality systems and EHS/safety standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation skills. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish, written and verbal).

Responsabilities:



1. Responsible for planning, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and products to support manufacturing operations.

2. Serve as primary interface with vendors, suppliers, sourcing functions, and internal customers.

3. Monitor supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) and update MRP systems with confirmed schedules and commitments.

4. Expedite materials and services as required to prevent production interruptions while minimizing expedite costs.

5. Analyze production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine material requirements, priorities, and availability.

6. Ensure production materials, equipment, services, and MRO supplies are available on time through effective planning, purchasing and supplier coordination.

7. Purchase direct, indirect materials and services and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with vendors.

8. Ensure all deliveries of parts and services, components, and products occur according to negotiated terms.

9. Drive inventory reduction initiatives and improve inventory turns aligned with business objectives.

10. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management, service levels, material flow, and productivity using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

11. Analyze supplier quotations to maximize cost efficiency and company resources.

12. Prepare and submit reports related to inventory levels, material and equipment costs, carriage/logistics costs, and key performance metrics.

13. Collaborate closely with Finance, Production, Engineering, and Quality to coordinate material logistics, costs, and design changes.
