Job Title: Matchmaker Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Matchmaking Intern to help recruit single individuals ready to find love and start a family through Procreate Match. In this role, you will identify singles, share our service, and guide them through the application. Your goal is to inspire eligible singles to apply, securing their opportunity in our groundbreaking matchmaking service to enable them to start a family on a timeline that's right for them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Outreach & Recruitment: Proactively identify and reach out to men and women who are interested in meeting a match and starting a family soon.

- Lead Generation: Build a pipeline of potential clients through online and offline channels (social media, networking events, personal connections, etc.).

- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients, sharing the Procreate Match service, and answer any questions they may have about the process.

- Application Guidance: Assist potential clients in completing their application to join the Procreate Match process, ensuring they meet all requirements.

- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to help them through the application process and address any concerns.

- People-Oriented: Focus on making people feel seen and supported.

Who You Are:

- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to help people

- Passionate about relationships and family-building, with a genuine interest in helping others find their partner and soulmate.

- Experience in sales, client success, and recruiting.

- Experience in matchmaking is a plus, but not required.

- Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively.

- Active on social media or in networks where eligible singles might be found is a bonus!

Intern Role:

This is an internship role - course credit is granted as applicable with your university.
