Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate
Mat Pilates Instructor
to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Pilates principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment for clients of all fitness levels.
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging, high-quality Mat Pilates classes focused on form, alignment, and mindful movement.
Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels and physical limitations.
Create playlists or class atmospheres that enhance the experience and reflect CORE's energetic brand.
Arrive prepared and on time for all classes; ensure a smooth transition between sessions.
Build genuine connections with clients and help foster community within the studio.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
Collaborate with management to promote classes, special events, and member engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current Pilates Mat certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
CPR/AED certification (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and safely challenge clients.
