Our personal training department, known as Pro Results is centered on generating positive and infectious energy and conquering obstacles all clients have. Part-Time or Full-Time position meeting all State and Federal requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Build and retain clientele base through prospecting, conducting fitness assessments, and referrals. Prescribing comprehensive wellness programs based on individual clients' goals. Motivating and inspiring clients to reach their goals with enthusiasm. Keeping clients accountable using a combination of goal setting, and consistent re-evaluations and assessments. Embodying the pinnacle of professionalism through actions and attitude.

Environment

The working environment will predominately occur within the Pro Fitness functional training area, however, the facility is at your leisure and disposal for training purposes.

Qualifications:

Strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals. Able to conduct training sessions on-on-one Ability to work designated shifts as determined by management. Understanding of the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique. Strong customer service skills. ISSA, NASM, ACE, NSCA, NFPT, ACSM, or a degree in Excercise Sciences CPR/AED certification.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
