Responsibilities
Perform
advanced diagnostics and heavy mechanical repairs
with accuracy and efficiencyLead, mentor, and motivate
team members to keep the shop running smoothly Set the tone with astrong work ethic
and "no shortcuts" approach Ensurequality, safety, and productivity standards
are always met Step into amanagerial/foreman role
, helping oversee workflow and operationsRequirements
Proven experience as a technician with
advanced diagnostic and mechanical training
Strong leadership skills -- able tohold yourself and others accountable
