What You'll Do
Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions within our IOP program (mental health, co-occurring, substance use disorders)
Conduct individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (case management, psychiatry, peer support, etc.) to coordinate care
Ensure documentation meets Medicaid / behavioral health policy standards
Participate in supervision and quality improvement initiatives
Potentially assist in training new clinicians, program development, and expansion efforts
Required Qualifications & Compliance (Medicaid / State Standards)
To be eligible to provide behavioral health services reimbursable by New Mexico Medicaid, the therapist must meet the applicable licensing / supervision requirements and operate under a Medicaid-approved provider/facility. New Mexico Health Care Authority+2Legal Information Institute+2
Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
