Position Overview

We are seeking a

Master Fabricator

with advanced stainless steel welding skills. This role is ideal for a highly experienced welder who excels in:

TIG welding GMAW (MIG) welding FCAW (flux-core) welding Sanitary stainless fabrication Structural steel work with precision fit-up
You will take ownership of high-end fabrication projects where weld quality, consistency, and craftsmanship are the top priorities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

5 years

of hands-on stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding experience Proven mastery of TIG welding on sanitary tubing and thin stainless materials Demonstrated ability to produce welds that consistently meet food-grade sanitary standards Expert-level understanding of: Weld symbols Fit-up Heat control Distortion management Strong metal finishing and post-weld polishing skills Ability to accurately interpret complex shop drawings with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and a commitment to extremely high weld quality and craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

Experience fabricating equipment for food & beverage, brewery, dairy, or pharmaceutical applications Knowledge of

3-A sanitary standards

Ability to operate fabrication equipment (press brake, rollers, laser/waterjet, etc.) is a plus Welding mastery is the priority; equipment experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and weld for extended periods Able to safely lift up to

50lbs

as needed Able to work safely in a busy shop environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
