Responsibilities:

Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair. Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner. Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs. Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. Develop a production plan each month. Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics ASE Certifications BMW experience is a huge plus Strong work ethic Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job A great communicator with a positive attitude Knowledge of basic accounting principles Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity.
