WHAT YOU DO

You assess each guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning services. You escort guests to/from the spa relaxation lounge and frequently check with them to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. You utilize the tools, equipment, and products provided to best service the guest and their unique needs. You maintain cleanliness of the workstation and treatment room throughout shift while disposing of trash. dirty linens and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to the time schedule throughout the day and finally ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform massage and relaxation treatments including couples, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, wraps, and scrubs.
• Maintains and cleans spa treatment rooms, including stocking products, changing linens, etc.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Sales and marketing of spa products
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Certification from an accredited school of massage.

• At least 1 year experience as a massage therapist
• Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

• Current Mississippi Massage Therapist license.
• CPR & First aid certification required.
