(UHS) is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. The Clinician will be providing a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy and virtual group therapy to all ages of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote tele-video one-on-one psychotherapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
• Consults with Clinical Manager in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
• Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Active Clinical licensure and experience (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).
• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.
• Required- experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.
