Key Responsibilities
Lead
high-volume recruitment
for sales and support roles
Source and attract talent via job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage multiple open roles and maintain an active pipeline
Help onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the team
Requirements
2+ years of mass recruitment experience
(call center, sales, or financial industry preferred)
Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Comfortable working in a high-speed, performance-focused environment
Must be based in Miami and able to work on-site full-time
