Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate masonry crews on-site for diverse projects Ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project documents Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members Perform hands-on masonry work when required Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity

Qualifications

5+ years of masonry experience

, with at least

2 years in a foreman or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed Must be substance free and able to pass drug test.

Preferred Skills

Experience with large commercial projects Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools OSHA certification or other safety training

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
