We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Support Associate to assist our VP with various digital marketing efforts. As a Marketing Support Associate, you will work closely with our Vice President to support and execute our marketing initiatives. Your contributions will help enhance our online presence, engage our clients, and promote our expertise in the environmental field.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit blog posts and technical content for the company website Review, revise, and update website content for clarity and accuracy Prepare and distribute client email newsletters Write articles for industry publications and local media Manage and maintain contact lists and mailing lists Assist with social media content creation and scheduling Support digital advertising campaigns Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities and industry trends Help organize and promote webinars, events, and community outreach initiatives Track and analyze marketing performance metrics

Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with content creation, blogging, or technical writing Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus Basic understanding of social media management Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Interest in environmental issues or consulting is a bonus

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in marketing, communications, or related fields Knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) Basic graphic design skills or experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Prior experience with Google Ads Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Understanding of Power Automate, PoweBI and other non-traditional Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms
