The Marketing Supervisor plans, organizes, and executes marketing campaigns, including direct mail, broadcast media, print, outdoor, entertainment, promotions, and oversees other relevant marketing functions.promotions, Coordinates and with events. management Responsible to analyze for and executing evaluate VIP Marketing customer data strategies to determine working the towards results of established campaigns,

revenue goals and works with management, Player Development, Rewards Club, Database Analysts, and the ad agency of record to identify strategies targeted at cultivating premium players with an emphasis on developing relationships to enhance the growth of gaming revenues. Collaborates with other departments to ensure the VIP events deliver the optimum guest experience. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the

organization's policies and procedures, tribal regulations, and all federal/state laws, as needed.

Duties



1. All Team Members must embrace and deliver Kiowa's Guest Service Standards to every Guest on every shift, as outlined in Orientation, the Team Member Handbook, SOP's, and any other related training.
2. Ensure an exceptional level of service and satisfaction is achieved throughout the properties, exceeding the expectations of external and internal Guests alike in a timely and effective manner.

3. Plan, manage, and execute all marketing projects from beginning to end successfully for all properties.

4. Maintain all internal policies and procedures for Marketing Admin with the help of the Marketing Manager.

5. Collaborate with onsite and offsite resources to produce all content.

6. Identify all tasks that need to be completed and strategically delegate as needed.

7. Responsible for submitting bids to vendors for all continuity and other marketing needs.

8. Responsible for submitting all finance documentation into the casino accounting software.

9. Responsible for placing all Marketing orders.

10. Responsible for processing all travel requests including booking travel for employees and obtaining approval signatures.

11. Responsible for maintaining the Gaming License Spreadsheet and ensuring all vendor and promotional organization licenses remain compliant.

12. Maintain strong internal and external relationships with teams, vendors and communities.

13. Maintain the highest level of Guest service standards, including an in-depth knowledge, and understanding of high-end players.

14. Responsible to the highest degree of accuracy and thoroughness.

15. Maintain a high level of knowledge of all gaming machines on casino floor, a thorough understanding of all player tracking systems, and casino promotions/events.

16. Maintain a high level of knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, and other online platforms.

17. Responsible for hiring, retaining, performance evaluations, training, disciplining, and terminating Team Members with the concurrence of the Marketing Manager, Department Director, Chief Operating Officer/General Manager, and the Director of Human Resources.

18. Apply fair and consistent supervision, training, and oversight of assigned staff.

19. Maintain a high level of Guest confidentiality.

20. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to the MICS.

21. Maintain knowledge of special events, hours of operation, and other pertinent information.

22. Perform additional duties or projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or ability required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



High School diploma or GED is required.
3 years' progressive experience in Casino Marketing or player development related to planning and executing casino special events or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong working knowledge of player tracking systems required.

Working knowledge of the gaming industry and the regulations governing gaming operations is preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES



This position supervises the Marketing Coordinators, Graphic Artist, Advertising and Special Events Coordinator.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS



Ability to obtain and maintain Gaming License is required.

Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.

Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug test.

Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.

Work Environment

Environment includes exposure to second-hand smoke, high noise level, bright lights, and sometimes fluctuating temperatures or weather conditions. Must be able to work irregular or additional hours or shifts, including holidays or weekends, as assigned, in order to meet business needs.
