Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Train and guide Franchisees through the Marketing Mix with expert recommendations on performance metrics. Respond to and manage franchisee marketing collateral requests. Drive, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to promote bathroom remodeling in each assigned market. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create and implement scalable integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with homeowners and drive engagement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our marketing initiatives, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, with an eye toward PROFIT. Develop marketing plans and budgets, track and optimize marketing results for each franchise owner - monitor and report franchisee marketing performance to identify new or underutilized growth opportunities. Assist with the planning and execution of national Five Star Bath Solutions sponsorships and events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience. You are not scared to take a phone call, join a video call, or talk to someone in person when they are in need. You are enthusiastic and will put people first with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices tailored to the home services industry, including keyword research, local SEO, and content optimization. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Creative thinker that is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies tailored to the home services sector. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive business growth in the home services industry. Lifelong learner.
