Job Description

Complete all photos, videos, and graphics for property listings - edit, organize, and share attributes for agents and the rest of the team to utilize.
Provide assistance and support for team, community, and client events. Provide promotional materials as well as support materials for the event itself
Coordinate the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all Stroud Corp websites, social media, television, and radio marketing.
Produce all company graphics and multimedia designs, including client and community-facing materials, as well as in-house needs.
Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
• Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
• Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
• Design, Film, Edit and Produce High Level Video Marketing

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Position must work on site at company office in Savannah, Missouri
