Position Summary:

Springfield Marine is seeking an enthusiastic and digitally savvy Marketing professional to support brand growth through social media and digital marketing. This role focuses primarily on promoting the business through online channels; creating and posting content, managing scheduling tools, forming strategies, and growing audience engagement.

This position is ideal for someone who possesses design capability and has a passion for social media marketing, content planning, and brand storytelling. The Marketing Specialist will also support website management and SEO strategy. While this position may collaborate with the team, it has a distinct focus on brand presence and messaging with a thorough understanding of brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop monthly social media content calendars Build and schedule posts/campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Organize content by platform and product line Monitor and report on social media engagement and performance metrics Website maintenance for two websites and monitor SEO best practices (shared team effort) Brainstorm ideas and assist in materials, promotions, giveaways, and community engagement across all departments Collaborate with the team to align visuals and messaging across all applications (i.e., print, digital)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

Proficient with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) Strong written and communication skills Basic understanding of branding and content strategy Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented PLATFORMS: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress, Constant Contact SOFTWARE: Adobe, Microsoft 365 EQUIPMENT: Digital Cameras, GoPro, Lighting/Studio Equipment
