Nature of Work in this Position: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Marketing Supervisor in the development and production of internal and external company collateral related to the corporate brand. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will assist in the development of social media and website for the company.
Illustrative Examples of Work:
Design of StayWell annual calendar including content copywriting and coordination with print vendors for timely delivery of the StayWell annual calendar.
Design and coordinate printing and distribution of sales & marketing collateral as necessary including brochures, flyers, posters, sponsorship, sales tools, direct mail, and other collateral.
Optimize digital marketing platforms, including the organization's website and social media channels. Key duties include developing and editing engaging content, directing incoming web inquiries to relevant departments, and posting job openings across digital touchpoints.
Coordinate, design, and timely distribution of branded newsletters to ensure consistent audience engagement and information flow. Coordinate the intake and execution of marketing requests, managing workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets and campaign materials. Monitor and triage incoming tickets, assess priorities based on strategic impact and deadlines, and collaborate with requestors to produce collateral that aligns with brand standards while maintaining consistency across all communications and platforms.
Coordinate and serve as the primary liaison with partner organizations to maintain and renewal agreements. Duties include updating promotional materials, managing raffle logistics, and announcing winners through engaging social media content. Works with advertising agencies and third-party vendors when needed; communicate between the company and ad agency regarding content, design, scheduling, and production of marketing materials for print, online, digital media and physical/environmental platforms when applicable.
Completes other projects assigned by the Marketing Supervisor and Vice President/Business Development.
Assist and coordinate with Supervisor/Manager for community sponsorships and company events; design necessary materials for said events.

Minimum Experience and Training:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
A high school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Graphic Arts/Design or related field;
Proficient in the use Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro DC);
Proficient in the use of video editing software such as (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
Social Network guru;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); and
Computer literate (Windows).
