Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media, podcasts, and marketing campaigns. Manage the firm's social media calendar and ensure consistent posting aligned with HDQ Wealth's brand voice. Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, events, and educational content. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy. Assist with photography and videography for client events, seminars, and promotional materials. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media tools to keep HDQ Wealth's marketing fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and content creation;

videography and video editing skills are highly preferred

. Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and scheduling tools. Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong creative skills with an eye for design and storytelling. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines. Experience in financial services or professional services marketing is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time role: 15-30 hours per week

(flexible scheduling). Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
