Run ad campaigns, boost posts, and track engagement metrics.
Design flyers, property videos, and marketing materials
Update online listings (Craigslist, LoopNet, Facebook Marketplace.) and respond to inquiries.
Real Estate & Property Management
Communicate with tenants, coordinate leases, renewals, and maintenance.
Schedule and follow up with vendors (plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping).
Assist in rent collection and bookkeeping coordination.
Conduct site visits to monitor property conditions and improvements.
Support the owner with email correspondence, and general executive tasks.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or administrative support.
Proficiency with
social media tools, and Google Workspace
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred -- helpful for Costa Rica coordination.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated work style.
Compensation
Competitive base salary $20-$24/hr (based on experience) + performance bonuses.

Flexible schedule with hybrid on-site work in Oakland Park, FL.
