Job Description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support leasing efforts for our multifamily community. This role blends marketing, outreach, and lead-generation strategies to attract qualified prospects and strengthen our property's brand presence.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Leasing Team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive traffic, increase occupancy, and enhance the overall resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and hands-on involvement in the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote available units, community amenities, and leasing specials Maintain and grow the property's social media presence with engaging posts, photos, videos, and paid advertising Develop digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, signage, newsletters, and outreach packets Conduct local outreach to businesses, employers, and community organizations to build referral networks Monitor online listings, update availability, and ensure accuracy across all digital platforms Track marketing performance metrics (traffic sources, lead conversions, ad engagement, etc.) and provide regular reporting Collaborate with the Leasing Team to support tours, events, open houses, and resident engagement initiatives Assist with reputation management on review platforms by monitoring feedback and supporting response strategies

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing, leasing, or related fields Strong written and visual communication skills Proficiency in social media management, basic design tools, and digital marketing platforms Knowledge of multifamily housing or property management is a plus Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with on-site teams

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
