Full-Time - In Office (Brooklyn, NY)

Company: FraveHome.com - Luxury Home Fragrance

FraveHome.com is a fast-growing luxury home fragrance company based in Brooklyn. We also operate multiple brands in beauty, home decor, and specialty products. We are looking for a smart, creative, highly organized person to join our team and help with both marketing and product development.

Responsibilities

Marketing

Create short-form videos (AI tools, reels, TikTok, LinkedIn content) Support marketing campaigns that bring calls, leads, and sales Assist with social media content and posting Help with Shopify marketing, product launches, and promotions Work with designers on visuals and ads
Product Development

Help develop home fragrance products: diffusers, sprays, aroma oils, packaging Review factory samples and ensure quality (colors, materials, finishes) Understand printing, packaging, molding, and basic production processes Coordinate with overseas factories (WeChat, WhatsApp, email) Prepare briefs, specifications, and instructions for designers and production teams
Project Coordination

Serve as the main link between the Art Director, designers, factories, and suppliers Manage multiple projects and samples at the same time Keep timelines organized and tasks structured Communicate with local and international production teams Ensure final products match the design vision perfectly
Requirements

Strong understanding of marketing and content creation Experience OR natural talent in short-form video creation (AI video tools a plus) Ability to manage product development from idea to completion Excellent English writing and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Professional, responsible, and independent
