Marketing & Personal Assistant

who thrives in a creative and innovative environment that is eager to grow.

The Role:

This is a hybrid role that blends

social media + marketing support

with

personal and real estate management responsibilities

. You'll work directly with the founder to manage client accounts,

build personal and business brands on TikTok/Instagram

, and help keep both business and lifestyle operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

Assist with managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for clients and founder's personal brand. Manage client accounts and schedule content, craft email campaigns, and manage the ads and website development team.

Develop and execute TikTok/Instagram content for both the founder's personal brand and business accounts

(filming, editing, trend research, scheduling). Help create graphics and posts in Canva. Research social media trends, hashtags, and growth opportunities. Maintain content calendars and track engagement.

Personal & Real Estate Management

Keep founder organized with schedules, reminders, and task lists. Assist with property management tasks. Manage errands and organizational projects. Support with travel arrangements, online ordering, and event coordination.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (must be proactive and responsive). Experience creating TikTok/Instagram content (personal or professional). Highly organized with attention to detail. Comfortable switching between creative marketing tasks and admin/real estate tasks. Tech savvy; able to pick up new tools quickly (Trello, Canva, Later/Planoly, Google Drive). Must have a laptop and reliable phone. Based in Albuquerque, NM (or relocating soon).

Schedule & Pay:

Start Date: October 9, 2025 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Part-time is available) Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE, with growth opportunities after 90 days.
