Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with the needs of local Partner businesses. Plan and execute earned and owned media initiatives, including email, direct mail, and social media campaigns, overseeing audience strategy, messaging, design, and campaign trafficking. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as owned, earned, social media, SEM, SEO, offline, and local sponsorships. Coordinate the development of creative assets with external agencies for digital marketing, offline marketing, and sales enablement initiatives. Manage digital media projects, ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with internal teams and agency vendors. Collaborate with key partners to identify business needs and develop tailored marketing solutions. Work closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives and manage quarterly and monthly budgets for all marketing channels. Coordinate internal and external efforts to ensure alignment with overall business goals and proper prioritization of projects. Execute targeted email and newsletter campaigns using the companys CRM email marketing system. Lead the review and analysis of performance reports for assigned partners, providing insights on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics. Travel occasionally for Partner and team on-site meetings (approximately 20%).

Qualifications

Proficiency with digital media marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM Rush, and MailChimp (or comparable systems). Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines (experience with Monday.com is a plus). Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, external vendors, and Partners. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during marketing campaign execution. Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how different channels contribute to business objectives.

Offered compensation: $90,000/yr - $120,000/yr
