We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate and construction Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media marketing, email marketing and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. As the Marketing Manager, you will handle all aspects of our marketing, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Manage all digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email & text marketing, social media, and online advertising. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Oversee website initiatives, ensuring optimal performance of online sales channels. Coordinate print advertising efforts to complement digital campaigns and reach broader audiences. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer outreach.

Requirements

Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing management role with a focus on digital marketing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Canva and other content management systems. Familiarity with email and sms marketing platforms and automation tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. 3 days mandatory in office

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
