MARKETING MANAGER JOB OUTLINE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing services to Agora Eversole's multi-service clients. The Marketing Manager will lead provision of services, evaluate performance and collaborate with internal teams. The Marketing Manager will have a strong marketing background with excellent client relationship skills and a high level of organization. Most importantly, the candidate will fit well within the team, leading with a true service mindset and collaborative working style. This is a full-time in-person role, ideally based in our Jackson, MS office.

Team & Client Support

Work closely with the entire AgoraEversole (AE) team to further the purpose and goals of the company within our mission and core values Work in the best interests of each client to help achieve their marketing goals via their services provided by AE

Marketing Coordination

Manage the top end of relationships with multi-service agency clients through client communication, planning and reporting Coordinate cohesive work and delegate among AE team members for multi-service clients Facilitate development and implementation of monthly + overall client marketing plans, strategies and campaigns within scope of services Recommend client marketing strategies and work within related budgets and plans Develop and analyze digital advertising campaigns and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards and compliance. Create and refine brand messaging consistent with brand voice and strategy goals across all channels Track performance of AE services and provide monthly reporting to clients. Work alongside Directors and CEO to coordinate client-facing and internal projects and procedures Play an active role with clients, AE team members and external partners and vendors in Onboarding, Service Processes, and Retention Actively utilize Teamwork, internal AI dashboards and other AE integrated software systems to manage projects and tasks

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Three or more years of marketing or related experience Proficiency in AI tools, MS Office, and modern business software systems Demonstrated strength in client service and proven verbal, written and organizational skills Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment A caring approach to work combined with the ability to translate client needs into clear action

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
