We are seeking a talented, people oriented and professional marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts. You must be outgoing and highly motivated to build solid relationships with community organizations with the goal to increase census in your assigned market. The idea candidate is self motivated, organized and a skilled communicator. Must be able to remain positive, focused and engaged in the midst of a challeging market. Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels/initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives -Meet with potential clients & Schedule in home assessments for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Participate in weekly sales meetings via in person or Zoom -Ability to move pass rejections and rebound quickly -Travel locally throughout Georgetown & Round Rock, Texas Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficient in WordPress, HTML5, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budgeting and managing advertising sales is a plus
