PRV Audio Group is a fast-growing loudspeaker manufacturer of high-end speakers and components for motorcycles, jeeps, boats, and pro audio. For over 15 years, PRV has been committed to designing, manufacturing, and introducing new and innovative products to the market, delivering exceptional quality with superior sound fidelity. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in eCommerce and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, eCommerce platforms, social media trends, and performance marketing.







Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales. Manage and optimize campaigns across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Creating strategies to increase brand awareness through digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, or search engine marketing (SEM) Monitor trends in digital marketing and eCommerce, and integrate new tools or technologies to improve campaign effectiveness. Ensures that product information is displayed correctly and presented on the PRV Websites. Continuously analyze website performance and customer feedback to address issues or optimize the consumer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Marketing Manager should contain the following requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on eCommerce and social media. Experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand or retail/eCommerce business. Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate programs. Experience with CRM systems (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc) Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus. Proficiency with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus Previous supervisory experience required Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and interpersonal skills

Full-time



Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 a year + Bonus
