Century 21 is an iconic off-price fashion store founded in 1961 in New York City. For shoppers looking for the thrill of finding deals on sought-after labels, century 21 delivers premium brands and deep discounts.

Century 21 has teamed with legends to introduce an enhanced shopping experience in-store and online. The re-opened Cortlandt street location will span the four main floors of the original downtown space and will offer men\xe2\x80\x99s, women\xe2\x80\x99s and children\xe2\x80\x99s designer apparel, footwear, outerwear, handbags accessories and fragrances.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager will report to the COO. This position is responsible for coordinating the production of digital and traditional content for marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising programs, overseeing all representations of the brand for consistency across all channels. An understanding of digital channels and social media are a must. The position requires working with multiple stakeholders and execution teams, including agencies, merchant teams, in-store execution, and senior management. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects at the same time. A collaborative approach and big-picture mentality are essential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Strategy and calendarization of content calendar for all customer facing touchpoints Partnering with cross functional teams for content focus
  • Liaison between creative and execution teams of branded content for all channels (imagery and copy); including, but not limited to, website content, emails, digital marketing, organic social, in-store branding assets, printed materials.
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to community sentiments, comments, customer service issues.
  • Manage the Influencer community to foster content creation.
  • Oversee the VIP Discount Program; managing distribution and creation
  • Maintain Intellectual property up to date in conjunction with legal team
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Partner with PR agency for key moments in the calendar.
  • Gather together performance metrics of content and making recommendations for how to iterate based on the data.
QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 marketing and project management experience, ideally in fashion or retail
  • Understanding of the social channels available, successful content formats.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, flexibility and adaptability; with the ability to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills with Ability to adapt to multiple and varied responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION

Competitive salary $75,000 - $85,000 plus 8% bonus, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
