Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide exceptional service. Promote and sell products or services by effectively communicating their benefits and features. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collect feedback from customers to improve service delivery and product offerings. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Proven sales skills or experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for storytelling. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs. A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn about new products and services.
