SnackCo of America / Norse Roots Chips

SnackCo of America is the home of Norse Roots Chips, a growing snack brand focused on bold flavors, quality ingredients, and building a strong community around our products. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative team member to help support day-to-day tasks across customer support, marketing, sales, and ecommerce.

This is a full-time, hands-on support role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is eager to learn, and likes being involved in different parts of a growing business.

What You'll Help With

This role supports several areas of the business, including:

Customer Support

Responding to customer questions via email, social media, and our ecommerce platform Helping resolve order issues and customer concerns Supporting a friendly, helpful brand voice in all interactions
Community & Social Support

Engaging with followers on social media Monitoring comments, messages, and mentions Assisting with basic community engagement and interaction
Sales & Marketing Support

Helping prepare sales and marketing materials Assisting with promotions, giveaways, and campaigns Supporting coordination between sales, marketing, and production teams
Content & Creative Assistance

Helping create and schedule posts and simple marketing content Organizing photos, graphics, and other brand assets Assisting with basic presentations and sales materials
Ecommerce & Fulfillment Support

Helping with ecommerce order fulfillment and tracking Assisting with product listings and inventory-related tasks Coordinating with fulfillment partners as needed

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and organized Creative and interested in branding and marketing Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on tasks Self-motivated and comfortable working independently once trained Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, social media platforms
Preferred but not Required:

Experience with food, beverage, or consumer brands Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, social media tools, or basic design software
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
