Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and technically skilled Manager of Marketing Automation to shape the future of our marketing data ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead the design and optimization of data infrastructure, automation workflows, and performance analytics--helping the marketing team make smarter, faster, and more personalized decisions.


What you'll do:





Data Strategy & Architecture




Build and optimize marketing data systems: Design and implement scalable data pipelines and automation frameworks that power marketing campaigns. Integrate and govern data: Oversee seamless connections between marketing platforms and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Automation & Campaign Enablement




Automate and personalize campaigns: Lead automation of workflows such as lead scoring, segmentation, attribution, and real-time personalization.

Analytics & Insights




Leverage advanced analytics: Partner with data science and BI teams to deliver insights, predictive models, and actionable dashboards that guide commercial and marketing strategy. Drive innovation: Champion AI/ML adoption for smarter customer journey optimization and predictive analytics.

Leadership & Collaboration




Collaborate and lead: Act as the bridge between marketing, IT, and data teams; manage developers or external vendors as needed; and cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization.

Hands-on leader who's comfortable managing projects, people and platforms simultaneously.

What you've done:



Bachelor's in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, data engineering, or marketing analytics. Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Emarsys, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and data integration tools (e.g., Snowflake). Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages. Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering scalable solutions. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and AI/ML marketing applications like churn prediction or recommendation engines.
