Responsibilities of the Marketing Customer Service Representative
Process email/phone correspondence
Maintain partnerships between businesses with daily communication
Provide quotes to customers using pricing lists
Enter new sales orders/update existing sales orders with revisions
Data Entry
Requirements of the Marketing Customer Service Representative
High School Graduate with 3.0 GPA or higher (must provide transcript)
Associates Degree is a plus
3-5 years of prior marketing or customer service required
Determined and hard working
