Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Brand Strategist professional to join our team at TCB Companies. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive sales. This in-office position based in Perry, Iowa, will directly impact brand visibility and client perception.

Primary Responsibilities

Assists in planning and execution of marketing and branding strategies across multiple platforms - flyers, catalogs, social media and e-mail campaigns, brand guides, and various other print and digital business materials Work closely with sales and executive team to improve brand messaging to corporate distributors across various channels Strong focus on creating high-quality written and visual content to drive sales Tracks and analyzes performance of campaigns, identifying trends and insights to improve future strategies

Secondary Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining e-commerce product catalogs and works with software developer to improve UX design Manage and optimize SEO and SEM to grow traffic and conversions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (required) Proven experience in marketing role, minimum 2 years Technical proficiency: digital marketing tools, CMS, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite Experience in B2B/corporate marketing (preferred) Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, social media ads (preferred) Experience using DSLR camera and photo/video editing (preferred)
