As an Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be at the heart of our team, providing essential support to various departments while managing a variety of tasks that keep our organization thriving. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and fostering a positive work environment.

What you'll do



Support marketing efforts by utilizing skills in social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Collaborate with the team on multichannel campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives and print advertising for all 3 of our company's locations. Utilize tools to analyze data and create visually appealing content. Manage daily office operations, including greeting customers and answering phones. Assist the different departments with various projects. Handle correspondence and communication with customers, vendors, and team members. Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks with precision.

Basic qualifications



Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Dependable with an excellent customer service focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
