The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and markets. You'll partner closely with the CMO and marketing leadership to keep campaigns, vendors, and reporting on track.

What You'll Do

Support the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team with day-to-day marketing coordination Manage project timelines, task tracking, and deliverables across digital, traditional, and field marketing Assist with campaign launches, market rollouts, and new office openings Reconcile lead partner and marketing vendor invoices against CRM and internal reporting Track lead delivery, volume, and performance to ensure contract and budget alignment Flag discrepancies, overages, and performance issues for leadership review Coordinate production and distribution of creative assets across all channels Ensure brand consistency across materials, markets, and platforms Support local market marketing efforts including events, home shows, and canvassing Act as a liaison between corporate marketing and local market leaders Compile and distribute weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

What It Takes to Succeed

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or a related role Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects at once Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail Comfortable tracking timelines, budgets, invoices, and performance metrics Experience working with CRM systems, lead platforms, or marketing reporting tools Ability to reconcile data and flag discrepancies or issues proactively Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors, leadership, and local teams Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, email)
