Responsibilities
Manage marketing efforts, coordinate campaigns, oversee each departments involvement to ensure projects are completed on time and as planned.
Manage and organize collaborative tools across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Collaborate between multiple departments and representative to create a cohesive marketing strategy
Organize initial and follow up meetings with potential clients and clients generating spaces.
Approve marketing campaigns that align with Aspire365 values and mission
Outline marketing strategies and assign roles and responsibilities to individuals on the team
Track Current and future marketing campaigns
Foster professional relationships with facilities and hospitals as we continue to grow Aspire365 clientele
Generate Marketing Materials by coordinating with our Design and executive team to create a cohesive brand model
Act as a touchpoint between departments to provide seamless communication as marketing projects roll out
Qualifications
A bachelor's in marketing, communications, or business is preferred. Will accept equal amount of time in experience
Experience with E- marketing and Social Media management
Demonstrate understanding of the mental health or physical health space
Display clear communication skills both in person and through digital platforms ( zoom teams, smart sheets etc.)
Ability to think creatively and analytically
Strong attention to detail
