Position Overview
Dimension-Polyant is a world leader in technical fabric innovation, operating across exciting markets and working with some of the world's largest brands. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations across our X-Pac, Sailcloth, and Windsurf product lines. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to spearhead the execution of a marketing plan and act as a vital member of our team. This role is responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities, including digital content management, client collaboration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Opportunity for occasional travel as dictated by business needs to possible customer sites and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Create and publish organic content across company social media platforms; monitor performance metrics and engagement.
Email Marketing:
Execute targeted email campaigns, including content creation, deployment, and reporting.
Website Content Management:
Maintain product and marketing updates on company websites; ensure accuracy and consistency across all online materials.
Agency and Vendor Coordination:
Serve as a liaison with external marketing agencies and service providers to facilitate campaign execution and asset delivery.
Client Collaboration and Co-Branding:
Assist with client partnership initiatives, including co-branded materials, marketing collaborations, and joint promotions.
Content Creation and Blog Management:
Write, edit, and publish blog articles and other written content to support marketing objectives.
Sample Kit and Photography Support:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of sample kits; capture and organize product and material photography for marketing and sales use.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Provide general marketing support as needed to meet departmental and company objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a product-focused or B2B environment.
Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, and email marketing systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
Working knowledge of basic design or photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional, and engaging content.
Experience coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
