We're looking for a dynamic and outgoing Marketing Coordinator to join our team and be the face and voice of Nona Smiles within the community.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving brand awareness, growing community relationships, and executing engaging patient and team events. This role will manage all social media platforms, organize in-office and community-facing events, and serve as a key liaison between Nona Smiles and local professional offices, businesses, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, and other platforms.
Create compelling content (images, videos, captions) that reflects our culture and highlights the patient experience.
Plan and schedule weekly content, campaigns, and promotions.
Track engagement and performance metrics; adjust strategies accordingly.
Organize and execute patient appreciation events, seasonal promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Plan internal team-building events that support our positive office culture.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for all events.
Develop partnerships with local physician offices, dental specialists, schools, and businesses.
Personally visit other professional offices to drop off marketing materials, introduce Nona Smiles, and build relationships.
Represent Nona Smiles at community fairs, networking events, and health expos.
Branding & Promotions
Ensure all marketing materials align with the Nona Smiles brand.
Collaborate with vendors for promotional items and printed materials.
Assist with the design and distribution of monthly newsletters, emails, and flyers.
Qualifications:
Strong social media skills with an eye for content creation and engagement.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable visiting local offices and representing Nona Smiles with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Proficient in Canva, Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
