AIS is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute across a range of marketing projects, and support both creative development and operational coordination. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with social media, presentations, content organization, and campaign support to help bring ideas to life and ensure smooth execution across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) Support the development of internal and external presentations (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Help organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, and content libraries Coordinate campaign logistics for events, promotions, and product launches Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing team Assist with monitoring and reporting on social media performance and engagement

What We're Looking For:

Motivated self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus) Interest in social media, content creation, and/or digital marketing Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams

Bonus:

Experience in furniture, interior design, manufacturing, or related industries (not required)
