The Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing qualifications, proposals and presentations,coordinating client interview preparations for logistics, managing the marketing team\xe2\x80\x99s supplies and equipment. The Marketing Coordinator I will also assist in internal and external event planning and collect and entering information into our project database.

A Day in the Life:

• Touring a local project and speaking with the onsite team
• Updating resumes and project sheets
• Participating in a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
• Gathering information for proposal(s)
• Entering information into the master database

Marketing Coordinator I Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign

Search Firm and Employment Agency Disclaimer Skanska USA Human Resources (\xe2\x80\x9cSkanska HR\xe2\x80\x9d) provides HR services to the Skanska business units within the U.S.A. including Skanska USA Civil Inc., Skanska USA Building Inc., Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. and Skanska Infrastructure Development Inc. (collectively \xe2\x80\x9cSkanska USA\xe2\x80\x9d).
