, including crafting compelling content, developing graphic design elements, and coordinating the preparation of RFP and RFQ responses. The ideal candidate will have
3-5 years of AEC industry marketing experience
, strong writing and design skills, and the ability to communicate complex construction concepts clearly and persuasively.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Marketing Coordinator will manage a variety of proposal, design, and content development projects, create visual and written content for both print and digital mediums, and support business development efforts to advance the company's presence in the Upstate region.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the creation and coordination
of high-quality proposals and presentations for RFPs and RFQs.
Write, edit, and proofread content that clearly communicates the company's value proposition, expertise, and project experience.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather technical information and tailor responses to client needs.
Design and format professional, visually compelling materials, including layouts, graphics, charts, and infographics.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and proposal materials.
Create and update project sheets, staff resumes, and other collateral for pursuits.
Develop digital presentations and pitch decks for client meetings.
Maintain and organize a library of past proposals, RFQ responses, and marketing collateral.
Support business development through market research, opportunity tracking, and CRM database maintenance.
Assist with social media content, internal communications, and occasional event planning.
Manage timelines and coordinate across teams to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM or proposal management software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
