Job Overview


Showtime Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our office team. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and works collaboratively with senior leadership and members of the management team to support company-wide marketing and communications initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining marketing, branding, and communication efforts across multiple platforms to ensure brand consistency, operational support, and effective engagement with guests, employees, and community partners.

Core Responsibilities



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning, coordinating, and managing marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and company websites Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels, including email marketing, social media, graphic design, and event coordination Designing, updating, and maintaining menus and related materials Supporting public relations initiatives, including community engagement, vendor relationships, media coordination, and guest recovery communications Administering employee recognition programs Managing gift card programs Performing additional marketing and communications duties as assigned

Qualifications



Prior experience in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and graphic design software Experience with photo editing and website management strongly preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
