Job Description

Position Summary:

Working directly, day-to-day with the President & CEO and Vice President of the Chamber, the Marketing and Communications Manager will provide advertising, communications, and organization image support to both Chamber and Partnership programs, activities, and projects. The Manager will also be responsible for coordinating projects with the advertising/marketing agency of record.

Major Duties:

Prepare and implement annual communications plan. Create and manage all electronic communications. In coordination with the Vice President, manage and place all media buys. Design and coordinate production of all publications Assist with developing content for calendars, publications, website and social sites Upload all current flyers, forms, and information for the Chamber website Manage the LinkedIn and Twitter accounts for the Chamber. Support the Facebook efforts through postings, photos and important news uploads. Secure, keep current content on various pages throughout the Chamber website. Create and distribute the Chambers eblasts. Create videos to promote industries and workforce efforts

General Responsibilities:

Perform the functions required in the following areas

Organize and submit photos and news release to The Sentinel-Record bi-monthly Responsible for cataloging photos and ensure they are appropriate for all public uses related to social media, website and print media Manage websites for both the Chamber and HSMP Increase community's perception of The Chamber
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $43,000.00 per year
