Law firm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support our marketing and client services initiatives. This position provides assistance with client communications, marketing projects, and administrative tasks, along with reception and intake coverage as needed. A positive outlook and professional demeanor are essential, as this role will often be client-facing.

Responsibilities include:



Provide reception and intake coverage during assigned shifts or as needed for backup

Assist with recurring projects such as thank you notes, birthday mailings, and promotional materials

Process returned mail and assist with maintaining accurate records related to client communications

Assist with inventory of stationery and marketing supplies

Perform administrative and clerical support tasks as assigned

We're looking for someone who:



Has excellent communication and organizational skills

Pays close attention to detail and accuracy

Can prioritize effectively and stay organized in a professional office environment

Is dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred skills:

Experience with Canva or similar design tools

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Education/Experience Requirements:



Two years of relevant college coursework or two years' experience in a professional environment Previous experience in customer service, administration, or marketing preferred Law firm or professional services experience a plus
