Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in merchandising.
• Passion for and understanding of football/ soccer.
• Experience with sportswear client is preferred but not mandatory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create channel assortments based on seasonal narratives.
• Collaborate with the Global Football team to align merchandising strategies.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform merchandising decisions.
