Job Description

We are a growing San Diego-based architectural firm specializing in multi-unit nationwide commercial retail/restaurant design and project coordination. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This strategic position offers unlimited growth opportunities, exposure to all facets of the firm, independant and casual work environment.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting developers, real estate firms, contractors and national clients. Coordinate and develop SOQs and proposals in compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements. Manage social media accounts/update website content.

Strategic Networking - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and industry organizations. Fully utilize our CRM software and other technologies. Coordinate & attend conferences, sponserships and industry events.

Client Retention - Foster long-term partnerships through exceptional communication and tailored solutions. Support other marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred 2-5 years of experience required A/E/C industry experience preferred Excellent written, graphic and organizational skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines Talent to be creative with a strong attention to detail Self-motivated professional who takes initiative and directly tackles a wide range of business development responsibilities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
