Overview
Job Purpose
The Associate, Marketing and Communications for Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) at ICE is responsible for supporting the delivery of the marketing and communications strategy for ICE's Fixed Income and Data Services business segment.
The role supports segments across the FIDS business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications for FIDS, the successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and marketing ICE's value proposition, capabilities, products and services through a range of paid, owned and earned channels and formats including social media, video, email, sales materials and editorially via the media.
The candidate will have an interest and desire to acquire a deep understanding of fixed income markets, capital markets, FIDS' customers, ICE's peers, and how our data proposition delivers value.
The candidate requires a positive, proactive and self-motivating personality with the ability to actively collaborate with and across the marketing and communications teams, Product, Sales and more. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple different priorities and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities

• Support the FIDS marketing and communications team in the delivery of campaigns and product go-to-market activities
• Field requests and originate marketing output to achieve marketing and business goals and priorities.
• Build relationships with the media and handle media enquiries on FIDS
• Write press releases and assist with preparation ahead of interviews by FIDS stakeholders with the media
• Assist with the creation of sales materials such as fact sheets and pitch decks, emails, product notifications and social media posts.
• Ensure and support process tools, workflows, processes and protocols are followed and maintained including recording of tasks, legal compliance and transparent comms with management.
• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing based on importance and delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with teams across the FIDS business to build relationships and gain insight to support marketing and communications activity.

Knowledge and Experience

• Previous experience in a B2B or corporate marketing and communications team environment.
• Confident, credible and consistent. Able to work with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders of different seniority levels.
• Proven work ethic.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated mind-set with an ability to adapt and learn.
• Bachelor's degree.

New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $70,000 - 95,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
